ABTC-3003 Computer Information Systems
This course is a survey of computer information systems used in organizational management and leadership. Information systems are examined with respect to their composition, role, and development within various types of organizations. In particular, topics include the technical and organizational foundation of information systems; the design, evaluation, and selection of computer resources; the organization requirements, roles, responsibilities for managing information technology in an organization; the process and management of information system implementation; and the current trends and issues facing information systems.
