EMHS-3003 Fundamentals of Emergency Management and Homeland Security
The course examines the origins of emergency management and Homeland Security, including key disaster incidents, legislation and Presidential actions that impacted change within the emergency management profession. Special attention will be given to the relevance of these disciplines in the public, private, and non-profit sectors of Emergency Management and Homeland Security.
