NURS-6113 Curriculum Development in Nursing Education

This course examines factors related to the process of curriculum development, including exploration of current trends impacting nursing education. Discussions include evaluation of regulatory, accrediting, and professional standards that must be considered when critiquing and developing curriculum. Students are guided in articulation of their personal philosophies of education.
