EDU-2063 Curriculum in Elementary Education
An introductory study of curriculum development and instructional design with a focus on recent developments in the education of young children and elementary-aged children related to motivation, social interaction, and active engagement in learning. Special emphasis is given to selecting curriculum based on theory and research, writing of behavioral objectives, and developing appropriate instructional activities, including technology.
