CJU-3123 The Constitution and Criminal Justice
The course examines the criminal justice system in the context of the United States Constitution and Judeo-Christian principles. It looks at the documents that influenced the creation of the Constitution and led to the development of the criminal justice system. Constitutional legal cases that led to the development of the criminal justice system will be analyzed. Additionally, the practices in today's criminal justice system will be discussed from a constitutional framework and a Christian worldview.
