SWKR-6283 Evaluating Social Work Programs

This course, taken in conjunction with the advanced practicum experience, prepares social work students to evaluate the effectiveness of social work practice. Students will be exposed to both quantitative and qualitative practice evaluation methods, and they will learn about the importance of practice and program evaluation. Students will also learn about various forms of practice and program evaluation, including needs assessment, program monitoring, outcome evaluations, and quality assurance. Co-requisite upon enrollment: SWKR-6010.
